Don Goldberg - CEO
Donald Goldberg has a history of over 22 years of experience in Business Management Consulting in the technology industry. As one of the initial Managing Partners, Don has been responsible for developing the initial infrastructure and business methodology that has assisted ConsultNet in its success through changing economies. Don is very active in the Utah community where he is a member of the Utah Technology Council and Mountain West Capital Network.
Spencer Shaffer - President
A recognized veteran of the technology staffing industry of nearly 15 years, Spencer Shaffer joined ConsultNet in 1998. Spencer has served in many capacities, often simultaneously, from Technical Recruiter, Account Executive and Area Vice President. Spencer currently serves as the President of ConsultNet, directing the day-to-day operations and future growth of the Company.Spencer resides in Salt Lake City, Utah where he is actively involved in local charities, youth programs and is an active member of the Utah Chapter of Young President's Organization (YPO). Spencer's diverse knowledge of the technology staffing industry has enabled him to understand and work closely with clients, assisting them in meeting their technology staffing initiatives.
Mike Malan, MBA, CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Mike Malan joined ConsultNet in 2006 and brings to the company over 24 years of experience with high growth technology and other companies. As Chief Financial Officer for several high growth technology and retail companies, Mike brings a depth of experience in accounting, finance, human resources and managing rapid growth. Mike graduated from the University of Utah with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Finance and an MBA.
Meredith Kaley - Vice President of Recruiting
With more than 10 years of experience at ConsultNet, Meredith was part of the original ConsultNet staff. In her current role as Vice President of Recruiting, she oversees the recruiting staff and shares her knowledge and enthusiasm with new recruiters as they join the company nationwide. Meredith has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati and more than 13 years of IT staffing experience.
Dave Jones - Vice President of Utah Sales
A top-producing leader in the IT staffing industry, Dave has over 12 years of professional sales experience, including more than eight years in the staffing industry. Dave started with ConsultNet in 1999 as an Account Executive. Through hard work, dedication, and consistent high rankings as a top producer, Dave has been able to work his way into several different responsibilities and titles within the organization. Before joining ConsultNet, Dave spent a short time in physician staffing and several years in the sales and service arena for a medical laser company in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dave is an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoys spending his spare time in the outdoors and with his wife and children.
Joseph Miller - Director of Business Operations, California
Joseph Miller has 14 years of progressive experience in the technology consulting industry. He has partnered with both Mid-Cap and Fortune 500 companies to develop comprehensive human capital management strategies. He has specialized in contingent human capital planning focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention. Joseph is personally committed to the success of his clients, colleagues, and business partners. He is always looking for ways to invest in those around him. He also has a keen interest in technology, primarily in how technology can enable both individuals and organizations to effectively collaborate and share knowledge for their competitive advantage. Joseph is a native of California and holds a Bachelor of Science from California State Polytechnic University. He enjoys family time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include skiing and fishing.
Brad Seim - Director of National Recruiting
Brad Seim is the Director of National Recruiting. Having started with ConsultNet in 2001, Brad has a vast understanding of the industry and continues to be recognized as a top producing recruiter for ConsultNet. Brad is excited to be implementing and overseeing the National Recruiting Division, another innovative and exciting opportunity for our clients to extend their partnership with ConsultNet. Brad is a graduate of the University of Montana with a BS in Business Marketing and an emphasis in Economics. He has lived in Utah for 10 years and enjoys skiing, sports and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Bryan Morelock - Director of Business Operations, Colorado
Bryan brings over 14 years of progressive Sales / Sales Management expertise in business process outsourcing arenas including several staffing verticals, IT and HR consultancy practices, and employee leasing / PEO. As a native of Denver, CO Bryan and his wife Becky have decided to raise their 5 children in their home town. Bryan enjoys coaching little league football and being the director of the non-profit Gassed Up Organization as well as an advisor to the Young Guns Player Development organization that helps youth increase their athletic potential while giving back to the community.
Brent Frank - Director of National Sales
Brent Frank joined the Consultnet team in December of 2008. He brings with him 15 plus years of experience in: entrepreneurial and organizational leadership; creating and directing successful sales teams; and developing systems and processes designed for the provision of exemplary customer service. Prior to Consultnet, Brent served as Executive Vice President of Operations (COO) with a multidimensional business acquisition company, where he was involved in the strategic management and leadership of numerous business enterprises. Previously, Brent was a co-founder of one of the top elective healthcare portals on the World Wide Web. Brent's career began in hospital administration where he held several management, director and executive leadership positions. Brent holds an MHA/MPA degree from the University of Utah as well as a BA in Political Science with a minor in French, also from the University of Utah. Brent is a cycling fanatic who also enjoys alpine skiing, hiking and gardening. He is involved with the YMCA and the GAM Foundation (a non-profit Jazz arts organization). When not working or training, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
